Next, we visited Giardini Augusto (the Augustus Gardens) which provided some breathtakingly beautiful vistas. Versions of this scene are perhaps my favorite from the trip. Needless to say I took many, many photos.
I found the prickly pear cactus in the lower left corner surprising.
Along the way we passed a small factory where they made perfume.
There were shops and outdoor cafes lining the narrow streets.
At the end of the afternoon, we headed back down to the ferry which would take us back to Sorrento.
It was a perfectly wonderful day!!!
